For months now I've stopped working out. I used to go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week and once they shut down, I didn't manage to keep training at home. Add to this the fact that I drink way more than I used to, and that most of my life is spend sitting down (hello, remote work!) - and you get a pretty bad mix. Oh and let's not forget about the fact that my girlfriend loves making sourdough bread (and pizza). Yes, you get the idea.
Fortunately enough, my weight hasn't changed so much. But I'm definitely not as fit as I used to. Today, I started working out again for the first time since at least 4 month and it's a little victory. Now is the time to rebuild the habit.
